Policies:
Check in time is 4:00 P.M. EST. Check out time is 11:00 A.M. EST. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 secures your reservation. No refund due to weather. All cottages and motel units are non-smoking. Reservations will be held no later than 6:00 P.M. unless otherwise notified. Please state the number of people in your party including children and babies. Rates do not include state and hotel/motel tax. Upon arrival, balance due in cash, Traveler's Check, Money Order, or Credit Card. In compliance with health standards, and for the safety and comfort of all guests - no pets of any kind are allowed. Indiana state law dictates that persons must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages; additionally, alcohol is not sold on Sundays.
